	Best way through San Francisco South to North..... I have a 25' Class C Chevy motor home and need to get through San Francisco. I'll be approaching from the 101 and want to come out so I can continue on North on the 101. Can someone advise me as to how best to go and possibly what the tolls and any restrictions may be?
