WTG )05Biasca06 all great questions. Good Luck !! Wish we were there to help you more. Everyone on this sight has great info. We've given you some but am very happy you are asking important questions here too.
Always pays to get other opinions also.
Love you guys,
Beautiful route..just did this hwy 2 weeks ago from Mt to Wa. Don't be in a hurry. You will most likely average 40mph the whole trip...real curvy.
We were not towing but did have our F350 DH was very tired after 200 miles of curves and we will not be towing our 40 footer through there.
Go slow be safe.
First...sorry to hear that your gen was stolen...2nd glad to know you will get some money to put towards another one. 3rd....May I ask you your insurance carrier is?
I hope we never end up in this position, but I guess we better check to see if we are at all covered for an event like yours.
We had tents for our kids..girls tent, boys tent, even when we got the MH (unless the weather was really horrible then they were inside)
Gives the kids some privacy and you, they can giggle all night if they want and I never had to worry about dirty clothes etc. their tent their problem...they even had to clean their site and pack up properly too. They loved it and do the same now with their kiddo's.
Friends used this guy for a local Portland to Vancouver move was about $100 I believe

I bought one in 1998 and its still going strong. I do lots of veggies and a lot of cheese has been through it. Also slices potatoes. I thought that eventually the blades would get dull but its still very sharp. I love mine and would never part with it. We just went full time 2 weeks ago and its here in the 5ver too.
Our S&B sold quickly too...before the for sale sign even went up.
We moved into our 5th wheel 4 days ago...cleaning up the house this weekend and handing keys to new owner on Monday. Exciting times !
DH does not retire until May 5th...so we'll hit the road by mid May.
Happy Travels to you.
x2 I agree kernewek
When camping at a KOA this past summer my DH was asked "Military?" My DH responded "No" then DH said "how bout law enforcement? KOA said "Sure".
No ID required although DH was ready to produce his active card. Thanks KOA
