RE: Landing gear motor

Why do you have to drill a hole to install another motor? It goes on the leg without the motor. Remove the connecting shaft and install another switch.
The second switch would require a hole through the hardwall to mount next to the existing switch.
Thanks for the suggestions/links guys.

Landing gear motor

So, I think I've dusted the motor for my landing gear. Searching the forum, it sounds like this is a pretty common problem; too much weight for these little motors. All I could find for a resolution was to add a second motor. Not sure I'm crazy about this idea. I don't doubt it would work, just don't want to have to be drilling holes through the hardwall if I can avoid it.
Is there a heavy duty motor that will work with this kind of weight? Something that would help with the anemic pace in which it lifts would be a bonus.

RE: Raptor Generator Exhaust ??

I've been debating the same move for 3 years now. I don't think the concern is with the bedroom window (depending on your model of course) but more so the seals around the bedroom slide. Not sure they would be tight enough to prevent leakage.

RE: TV Antenna broken

Thanks for the direction guys. After reading through the installation instructions that came with the unit (didn't realize they were provided) the handle did not break off. I mistook the cut in the pvc as a break when it's actually the result of the installation and sizing of the handle. Looks like the set screw worked itself loose is all.

Water heater

Looking for some direction/confirmation guys. Had the unit out over the weekend and ran into an issue with the water heater. I happened to be sitting beside it while it was running (propane). I heard it stop, then then listened as the igniter tried to fire unsuccessfully immediately after. The gas valve is not opening. So, did some troubleshooting and here is where I sit, the problem is isolated to the DC circuit. AC circuit works fine. There are no blown 12V fuses on the panel. The circuit board is receiving voltage from the power switch and the igniter fed from the circuit board is functioning. My next step will be to verify voltage across the heat overload switch. I verified that the heat overload switch is closed. At this point I'm leaning towards a bad circuit board?

TV Antenna broken

Hey guys, wondering if anyone has had to replace the interior handle to the TV antenna. Mine has snapped off inside the ceiling, right where the antenna enters the roof. Not sure if the antenna has to come off.
