If you want a comparison, mine is up for sale with numerous add-ons and less miles...may give you an idea on pricing but maybe not apples to apples as it is in Tx and ext-cab....here

Oak Forest RV Park is 20 mins away, but check with them as they fill up. McKinney Falls State park maybe a tad closer, elec and water, but i believe a dump station.

We bought our rig (Jayco) with 2 yrs left on a 7 yr warranty that orig owner purchased. It was underwritten by Xtra-Ride. Had one claim, no issues. RV techs I spoke with stated they were one of the easier programs to work with.

With some using lightweight metal arms and others simply cable, not sure if it would be in best overall interest to leave the gate down due to travel impact. I left mine in storage when we traveled.

Depends on kwh cost...I have been in central Tx for Feb and the 1st 3 weeks we have used $27....milder weather...microwave and elec water heater about it, one elec heater maybe 2x a week...
