I had a very similar experience with my dealer, i had to go as far as sueing fleetwood just to get them involved (i had structure problems). After a year and a half dealing with my local dealer i got it to the factory and 2 weeks later the repairs were acceptable. The technicians on the floor summed it up when they told me "if we dont stand behind our work who will".

I tow my 2008 GMC 1500 4x4 and i have never had a problem. I have a 2004 pace arrow with the 8.1 liter gasoline engine.

My 2004 is 12' 6" but that does not count the antenna's. I built my shop with a 14' door just to give myself some insurance. BTW, DOT maximum height for any vehicle is 13' 6".

Traveling from New Orleans to San Antonio
In the next few weeks i will be traveling to San Antonio and i will be laying over somewhere around Katy, TX. Is there a RV friendly Wal-Mart or any other safe place to park for the night in that area?

Air ride for motorhome
With price not being a big issue, What is the better or best aftermarket air ride for a class A gas motorhome? I am looking to improve the ride and handling. I have a w22 workhorse chassis with a 2004 Pace arrow 36B.

Before you do too much to your brand new truck, make sure that what you have planned will not void the factory warranty. I purchased a GMC 4x4 for the sole purpose of not voiding my factory warranty. Hope this helps.

I do not have a rock guard but, i have the invisibrake by roadmaster and i love it. it is mounted under the back seat and rhere is nothing to move or set-up.

Save yourself a lot of headache and bring it a good mechanic that you trust. I had the same problem and after changing several batteries i admitted defeat. i brought it a mechanic i trust and 150 dollars later it was fixed.

I personally like the michelin products, my motorhome came with michelins and after 8 years i replaced them with 6 more just like it. I would gladly spend a few extra dollars on quality tires than take a chance on hurting my family or damaging my bus.

I used the diodes on my 2008 GMC 1500 4x4 and i have never had a problem. For what it's worth i do not think there is enough room for an extra light. My local camping world did everything and i have not had a problem.

On my truck the steering wheel locks but, the steering axle will turn and track behind your rv. Not exactly sure how it works i just know it does. hope this helps.
