Way back when tube radios took up the space of an extra passenger my call sign ended in 8822 and for short I became "The Double Deuce". Still listen while traveling but rarely talk. "Double Deuce, clear and out"

That reminds me of a clothes washing machine. They do one thing, wash clothes, but have dozens of knobs and switches. Dish washers are getting to be the same way.
That's why brides wear white .... to match the appliances.
