Question, will there be a separate DEF pump in addition to the diesel pump at the DEF lanes?
Yes
Both the diesel and the def is available at the same pump station.

Check the date codes on the tires. Anything older than 6-7 yrs should be negotiated into the deal, they are very expensive. Service records?

Albuquerque is such a beautiful place, we stayed at American RV off of I40 a couple of weeks ago (nice place with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains). Never stayed at Stagecoach but the site looks nice. Be sure and take the Tramway to Sandia Peak, that was amazing.The zoo was really nice also.

Ohm meter,multi meter, Good electric screwdriver/drill, Full set of sockets and extensions.Caulking gun with tube of Dicor self leveling caulk. Some eternabond tape. assorted length and gauge of wire and connectors and wire cutters. Electrical tape, assorted length of zip ties. etc.....

When toyhaulers were first introduced,they were slapped together to fill a fad that had just started, very few were of any quality beyond weekend trips.
I have no idea what the construction is now. I do know that NEWMAR built one of quality. But alas Newmar has decided this year to drop their towable line and concentrate only on their motorized fleet. Maybe there is a left over one out there.
There is a paid service like consumer reports for the RV line it is called consumer rv http://rv.org/
