They are harmless and are better than mice, use spray foam to seal holes.if the snake can get in so can mice, and mice will destroy a camper.It is cold now the snake has gone some place for the winter.but the mice do not take the winter off.

I have dish network, DD went with cable, gave me a receiver called dish they activated the receiver. will need the ser# and smart card#. so will have to connect to tv. No mention about telephone hook up for this receiver.

If you have a dish network account call and have it activated, I think it is $5.00 mo, extra.I think it has to be connected to TV for serial no and smart card no.If you don't have an account will have to sign up for one.

RE: Ground clearance pretty important?
The downside to more clearance is more steps, some firth wheels are way up in the air.and can be a problem for some one with bad knees.

Check if the cable has a lower speed internet at a lower price.I have comcast for $25.00 mo.tell them you cant afford the price maybe they will deal with you. Going from high speed internet to dial up would be like turning off your lights and using candles.

I use bleach first time in spring, drain tank every time used. Before the trip fill tank at home and drain.The hot water will smell bad after sitting for a while, On mine if I open a hot water faucet and open the system drains the hot water tank will drain also.

When someone says winter i am like a kid, i put my fingers in my ears and say NO NO NO.My camper has valves on the pump and a line to suck the antifreeze in with the pump.Some people pour the antifreeze in the water tank and turn on the pump,requires more antifreeze but quick.

I have a dish network 1000, camped last week with it got every thing plumb and level, pointed with compass had a good signal on all three satellites with out moving the dish.
