RE: Brake pad change frequency??
It is important to check the brakes,but also imported is to change the
brake fluid every few years.The brake fluid picks up moisture that lowers the boiling point.I had to learn that the hard way,when my brakes
failed.Brake fluid is not costly and the fluid is easy to change.

I have a 1995 RV E350 chassis and my steering also feels as it has too much free play.Is there a way to adjust the steering gear box?I checked
the front end and every thing is tied.

dash radio replacement with cd player
I want to replace the radio in my 1995 Ford E350 chassis class C motor home.I want to install a radio with a cd player.Any body done this?
I prefer a simple set up.

I also have an older RV-1995 Born Free on a Ford E350.Never had a problem finding any kind of parts.It is just more time needed to find the right kind of parts for the right kind of price.
Luckily I can do most of work myself.Biggest help search E-Bay and RV
Web-sides.

I had to learn this the hard way.I thought my tires were good for one more trip.A rear tire blow and took out the black tank and all the plumbing around it.

when I got my spare tire I also got a 12 ton floor jack,a 8by8 inch
metal plate to secure the pack.I made an adapter that fits under the rear axle shaft.Better be save than lucky.

I had a spare tire mount made and using the trailer hitch to carry the spare tire.The rim I got from the wrecking yard.That all came handy when
a rear tire blow out.

I would get a Olympian Gas Barbecue Grill and an extra 11lbs Gas Tank and a portable Gas Stove with an electronic igniter.

I went with Hellig sway bar in the front.Could not mount the rear sway
bar because of the rear air bags mounts.I also installed Bilstein shocks
in my 1995 Ford E 350 Born Free motor home.All parts were bought on
E-Bay.Made a great improvement.

cook top - cracked burner knobs
My 1995 coach has a Wedgewood 2 burner drop in cook top.I noticed a cracked burner knob.You can not tell when the burner is turned off,because the knob turns be on the valve stop.Those knobs are no longer available.After a long search I found some knobs that will
work.Maytag (74001794).The knobs are reenforced.All I did change the
marking on those knobs.You can also find those knobs under Whirlpool
(74001794)

The answer is yes.I bought a Progressive EMS PT 30C,but like a fool did not read the instruction properly.After you plug in the unit there is a
time delay of 136 second before the power comes on.Not a defective unit
