If your truck was truely running bad, the MIL would be on.
Do you reset the MPG readout at every fill up? If you don't the average fuel economy diplayed will be off.
18-21 at 70-80 mph? Yeah right.
I get this kind of mileage in my 2010 F-150 too, with 5.4L @ those speeds.
