RE: Camp Cooking Tips & Tricks
I love to make a batch of lasagna before camping. Then I wrap it in tin foil (making 3 foil packet from a 9 X 13 pan) and freeze it before we go. Then I pack it in the cooler and have it on the second or third night of camping when it is starting to thaw. We then cook it on the grill, flipping it over low to medium heat to heat all the way through. Serve with a salad and some garlic bread (also done on the grill) and you have a great meal!
RE: Freezing Butter
I freeze butter all the time. Just pop the box of butter in the freezer. It's a great way to stock up on butter when it's on sale and save some money.
