RE: Interstate 22 Memphis to Birmingham

Thanks for the info folks. I had google mapped a route from St. Louis to Navarre Florida. It gave I64 to I57 to I24 to I65, a route i have been on. It also gave I55 to I22 to I65. Looks like they are ahead of themselves on the I22 part. I think we have decided to take a 64 57 24 65 route. Been that route before to Athens Alabama. Thanks, Ken

RE: Smoked Bearing -- Spindle Damage - Axle Replacement??

I havent ever seen a bolt on spindle, like other poster said, the four bolts you see in the pic is for the brake backing plate. If that spindle wont clean up, you can have a new spindle welded on. They can come to you and do it. But it might be cheaper to just buy a new axle.

Interstate 22 Memphis to Birmingham

Looking at this route for next October. Is this a new interstate? It didnt look complete at the Birmingham end. Is it completed now or to be completed soon? Good road? Thanks, Ken

RE: Winegard antenna booster

I had looked at the Wingman booster. Our primary local channels are VHF. I think the Wingman only effects UHF channels. Good luck, Ken

RE: Sealing the Wood Frame

To coat the wood, CPES, Clear penetrating epoxy sealer. It is a two part epoxy that is super thin. Soaks down into the word. We use this on floors and such in boats. I get it from www.rotdoctor.com Look into to see if it what you need.
