While we prepared for Hurricane Sandy to hit, we put the generator just under the rear end of our trailer with the exhaust pointing out. Even through the hurricane it did not get wet. After the power was out, we lived in the trailer for a while through snow, cold and rain, running the generator 24/7 in non eco mode. Never had any problem with co2.

My DH bought a used $200 Cort acoustic off of Ebay. Played it at the sea shore, played while camping. Has a solid spruce top and still sounds good. One night he started playing outside our campsite and the family in the next campsite started asking for Stairway to heaven. DH played it and got a rousing ovation. He leaves his Taylor home. That is his baby.
Air Conditioner Covers
I am trying to buy an air conditioner cover for my TT. It is a 2008 Sunnybrook Edgewater. I know it is a Dometic Duo-Therm but that is all. There are 4 different models of the Dometic, Brisk, Penguin, SL and 54608. How can you tell what you have? If anyone has an idea how you can tell one apart from the other I would really appreciate it.
RE: Too Much Tongue Weight For My 2010 1500 Chevy?
I have an 2008 Edgewater 266rbe and yes the tongue weight is 1000lbs. People didn't believe me. Even had someone put it on a tongue scale because he didn't believe me. Sure enough it came out exactly at 1000lbs. My trailer weighs 6500 loaded. So I am guessing that year of Edgewater's had very high tongue weights.
