I have cleaned up several of the photos, from B-10, and added the only photo of the pet walk that was sent to us. I also redid the main page. Hope you like it? The photos can be downloaded but, unfortunately, one at a time. Here's the link:
David, it has been suggested that I send these photos to you, and a copy of the Program. The StuffIt file is about 630MB. Can you manage that download?
This should be my FINAL post on the B-10 Forum.

Shaaron & I returned home today and have just now finished unpacking the Roadtrek.
THANK YOU EVERYONE for the kind words. We enjoyed having fun and seeing everyone again. Positive comments were made about how clean everyone left their sites and the campground. THANK YOU ALL! To those who stayed another day, THANK YOU for the assistance straightening up around the Campground. The help was appreciated! We stayed an extra week visiting with the Campground Host who are now life long friends. We spoke with Annis George, our Entertainer, and told him the many comments, that we have read, regarding his singing. He is very pleased and sends his THANKS! The same for Sasha, our caterer. She provided an excellent service and wonderful food. She had fun serving all of us and sends her THANKS, as well!
We are happy that you all had a wonderful time and wish it could have been longer. The campground was very quiet and we were alone on Monday. I hope those who received gifts from the Houghton Lake Camping World, that you remember to contact Adam Portz, Store Manager, and Thank him for the donations!
We hope that many of you took the time visiting other locations in Michigan and found them interesting as well as beautiful. We took a day trip to the Upper and Lower Tahquamenon Falls and found them as beautiful as it was 35 years ago. Plus, quiet and peaceful!
Well, now we wait and see where B-11 will be held. Shaaron and I will help out when and where we can. So, on with the nominations!
Shaaron & I would like to extend our gratitude to those attending the B-10 Rally and their continued friendship. We feel badly that may others could not be here but understand their reasons why.
We send an extra THANK YOU to Paul & Sherry Ray, John Harrop, and Karsten Askland for staying an extra day to help straighten things up.
Also, we wish to extend our THANKS, and from our Campground Host, to each of you for leaving the Campground in wonderful condition. Some previous Rallies had left the Campground in a mess and RV.Net campers had all their sites cleaned up. THANKS to you all from all of us!
The Ray's, John and Karsten, have all left now and once again we are here alone with Charlene & Mike. We are waiting on having the tent taken down and the tables and chairs returned to the Fairgrounds before returning items that were not used. We also need to visit our WONDERFUL caterer, and get the bill settled. We may even have some of her wonderful food and have a dinner. I also need to settle payment for the Campground which should be easy.
Our Campground Host, and those mentioned above after a few hours of cleaning, all had a wonderful post-rally dinner in the Rec Hall, last evening, with much of what was left over. I still have not had any cobbler. :R
We're are happy to hear everyone had a grand time and look forward seeing everyone again.
Safe travels to each of you!
For those who received those larger gifts, that Camping World donated, the Houghton Lake Managers name is Adam Portz. His address is:
2735 W. Houghton Lake Drive, Houghton Lake, MI 48269, phone: 989-366-3480 Ext 1101.
It would be wonderful if you would send him a Thank You for their gifts.
THANKS, to all who attended the B-10. Even though it was a lot of work there was much fun throw in as well! John Golden, many thanks for the tip jar you had for Annis George. He really appreciated it and the many donations.
May you travels be many, and the sky always clear.
Just received a message from Annis George, our WONDERFUL entertainer:
"hey it was a fun time,, thanks for evrything, and tell evryone thanks too, the food and people were all great,, thanks much and keep in touch. love annis,"
Happy everyone enjoyed the B-10 Anniversary!
First B-10 campers have arrived and they are First Timers. David & April Brimhall arrived this afternoon.
Tent is supposed to be set up this Wednesday morning. Should be ready for getting started on Thursday. Looking forward seeing everyone. It's been lonesome being the ONLY campers in a Campground. :C
PLEASE remember, they only accept cash or check. Got it right this time. ;)
I second you bringing a space heater. That's what we have been using for four days now. The evenings and nights are cool to COLD down into the high 30's to low 40's. Supposed to hit 50 today and 60's tomorrow and MAYBE near 70 on Wed.
Just so there's no secrets, it is currently snowing at the campground in Kincheloe and Sault Ste. Marie. They say we may get 2 inches. With temps going up, in a couple days, it will all be a memory by the time everyone arrives. The water was turns on yesterday and the wifi should be on Monday. Temps they are saying here mid 60-s to 70.
George & Lesley,
Sure would be wonderful seeing you both again and with a BRAND NEW ERA! Hope you can make it the 17th. Good Luck with the knee surgery this Friday. We'll be in Kincheloe.
Bob & Sharon,
Feel like I'm writing to us! :R We're going to try and make the Social in September. Hope to see you and our many friends.
QJane, you better get started. Oh wait. We're leaving next Thursday and we haven't started yet, either! ;) Actually, we have so much packed for the Rally that we have no place left to sleep in the Roadtrek. That's why we have to get to the UP in one day. It's an easy drive of about 5 hours.
After speaking with past Host of B Rallies, we have made some changes to the program, especially on Friday. Nothing anyone has to be concerned with just trying to work out a schedule. BOY! This is fun! :R REALLY!
Upon arrival, someone should be nearby to greet you! We will make registration and parking as painless as possible. ;) If you need assistance parking or setting up, PLEASE ask. I hope to work out parking locations for everyone.
Coming from Interstate 75 on M80, PLEASE do HEED the speed limits on the curves. Their sharpness can be deceiving!
See you soon!
