RE: Cleaning light mildew on the inside of the bunk material
I have heard others that had to use stronger cleaners such as Bass Pro Shop Mold/Mildew Remover, but then applied another product to restore the water repellency of the fabric.
RE: Tongue jack recommendations

This is what I put on my high wall pop up which is 3,500lb. We move it on our slightly sloped driveway with a heavy duty trailer dolly. The tires are hard plastic and seem to handle the load fine.
I did reinstall a regular tongue jack in addition to this jack above because when the nose of the trailer and TV are both on decline, it does not always allow for enough space to swing down the swing up jack.
