i know 2013 is the first year for the DEF in Dodge correct?
What about Chevy?
Iam sure you seen my topic on new 2012 dodge, would the new DEF be a deal braker or not. should i stay away from the Def or not

GVW. just thinking stability and safety, also when wife retires a new 5ver might be in our future. so does 40,000 seem high for 2012 dually diesel 4.10 gears quad cab sl package

Truck is new, yes its a diesel, not a daily driver, 4.10 gears, we have a 12,000 lb 5ver but when wife retires we plan to purchase another 5ver.
price 40,459.

I know this topic has been discussed but my question is, When mounting the strip lighting on the trailer itself where are you getting the 12 volts from/
On trailers with electric power awnings does anyone know if the bracket mounted to the trailer with the wire run down inside if the piece that covers the wire is removeable. to acess the holw to run the power cable inside

yes the truck runs at lower rpms with tow haul mode off, but is it safe to tow in this manner? 5ver around 11,000pds. Would it effect any other componets in t/h/ mode off

I have a 2004 dodge CTD with 3.73 rear end when i tow my 5ver in tow haul mode my rpm,s are runnibf 2500 rpm at 60 62 mph, sound about right? truck is a 4speed auto

air compressors
now that i have 80 psi tires on both truck and 5ver i need a portable air compressor to blow the tires up. i would like one with enough capacity to keep from cycling 4 or 5 times

While in Stone Mountain last fall a gentleman was washing trailers for 1 dollar a ft so i had him do my 5th wheel and when he was done it looked like he waxed the whole thing. i asked if i owed for waxing and he told me all he did was put Murphys oil soap in water

Iam leaving for hocking hills located in ohio, 3 years ago i took my 28 ft travel trailer up and the directions took us on a road with a up hill hair pin turn now i have a 36 ft 5ver and no way i can make that turn. looking for a route maybe out 32 ?
