I exercised the generator, checked air pressure on all tires, charged the batteries and emptied it out. Tomorrow it goes into storage. I combined parts from 3 tire guages to make one that effectively works on my dual rear wheels.
I took the RV for a ride and filled it up with gas. I ran all the appliances and exercised the generator. I am getting ready to winterize it. We called off our 2 weeks trip to Arizona. We couldn't put our dog Pansy down. She does ok around the house when she eats regularly to maintain her blood sugar levels. When she travels she doesn't eat then spaces out and loses coordination. She would not make it to Arizona.
I use EternaBond tape for square edges and Dicor caulk for the other applications.
I installed a steel spacer between my RV's dual rear wheels to separate them so they would have adequate clearance.
Before, the wheels are touching.
Spacer installed on inner wheel.
I cleaned, scuffed, primed and painted my new steel dual rear wheel spacers. Between coats of paint, I inspected my house's roof in preparation for winter.
