we love are Adventurous Roadtrek we made a side door screen it work will for us ,we camp a lot in state Park and forest,some commercial campground but we like the State park best.

I love Quarezsite AZ. we spend 3 month and stay at Sun RV park or Mountain RV park.from january to march then go to Lake Havasu AZ for 2 weeks.

We love campping in the winter time, comeing from new Orlean to Tracy CA. we stop at Caballo lake rv park in new mexico and stry a week or 2 then go on are way to Flagstaff AZ.for a week or 2, again we on are way to Quartzsite AZ.by end of january to february to go to the Largest flea markets and RV show. I thank you will do ok we have a Adventuroua sprinter Roadtrek.

Take it out for a drive every month and you will have no problems with the tire developing a "flat memory". Concrete is probably won't bother the tires as much as a petroleum based asphalt would, but you can always put mats under the tires.
Being as the RV is basically a van...why not use it as a "daily driver" once a week? Sure, it's not going to get the mileage of a small car, but once every week or two, and you're exercising the engine, drive train, brakes and tires.
