RE: Which Insurance for New Diesel Pusher

Best thing for you to do in get estimates from as many companies as you can and then go with the company that best suites your needs. About every 2 years insurance companies run their checks on your lives, so it's best to start checking again. I do.

True story ...kinda

My father-in-law had prostate surgery. We brought him to the hospital at 7:30 a.m., and he was operated on at eight. We were amazed when the hospital called at noon to tell us he could go home.
Two months later our beagle, Buddy, also had prostate surgery. When I brought him in, I asked the veterinarian what time I should pick him up. The vet told me Buddy would remain overnight.
"Overnight?" I said. "My father-in-law came home the same day."
The vet looked at me and said, "Buddy's not on Medicare!" ST

RE: How Sensitive is a Mouse's Nose?

Got 1 little bugger in the oven last Sept. while up at a FSCG, but got it within 10 minutes of putting the PB trap in there. Left 2 peanut butter traps in the trailer all winter. I check em once a week, so far nothing else.

RE: Best flooring solutions

Helmdog, if you have a Carpet One outlet near you, check out their vinyl "Invincible" series. I put it in our bathrooms when we remodeled. Great prices, ours was 5.95 Sq ft. and they come in 7" X 49" strips. Can be a DIY project, ours was. It's a floating floor so there's no adhesive to worry about. The strips interlock with each other. There's no shrinkage or expanding with this.

RE: Securing portable solar panels

Seems everyone is worried about getting their panel stolen, I have read through every thread I could find about solar and have not read one thread about someone getting a panel stolen. I have used my little panel for 30+ years and have had no problems with it walking away.

RE: Can a solar-in-the-shade system work?

Our panel is currently portable on a 25 ft set of cables. Not only can I get it out to the sun if the trailer is in the shade but I can track the sun and start getting 10 amps at sunrise, 15 amps at noon.
Jimin Denver sir ..may I ask ... what panel do you have, it's watts and what gauge is your 25 ft cable. We're looking to gettin a portable 100 watt panel, 10 amp controller & a 25 ft cable. Been lookin at solar blvd.com

RE: Outdoor Television

Thanks for all the replies. I tried several times and as you can tell I couldn't get a clickable link. Thanks to robsouth for making it work. I could a swore I put it in the campsite forum as a spoof on such an outrageous home entertainment setup (not for the RV) but somehow it got in this forum. Oh well, somethin to think about in our old age.

Outdoor (in your yard) Television

We are thinking about setting up a new TV for outdoor entertainment.
My question is: Do you think this might be to much noise for the birds
and other animals around the property?
What do you think?
