A few weeks ago I had a service appointment with your Midway Florida CW. The appt was at 8:00 am. I arrived early 7:30 and waited outside in what we Floridians call cold to get inside the store to check in with my Advisor. CW kept the door locked only allowing staff inside even though I stood next to the door waiting for my turn. Promptly at 8:00 CW opened the door. If CW was my business and paying customers were waiting outside to get in; I would personally invite them in and advise them we would be opening in a few minutes, but please come in out of the weather (hot or cold). Next service call to CW will be made around 8:30 or later to ensure my wait will be indoors.
Purchased an ADCO cover last year and am somewhat disappointed in the side material and fastners. I have ripped two fastners off the bottom of the cover just by pulling the connectors. I have ripped four or five holes in the side material as well, just pulling it over the camper. It does its job, but at this rate it will not last another few years before it just shreads to nothing. It was not cheap either. The only reason I purchased the cover was because I received a letter from you discounting the price. I still have concerns.
