I agree with your communicate message. What i don't agree with is that every place has a problem. we are working hard to get this right but your right, delivering any news even bad is the way to go.
We will get this right if it kills me

I would put up the Good Sam Club over anyone, anytime.
Its less than 25 dollars a year, offers campground discounts, fuel discounts, camping world discounts etc.
Dutch 12078, when discussing this company with the investment community it must be accurate. Please note that the company is in its best financial position in years. Yes it is for profit but it is not in the business of providing poor service, over charging or delivering poor value. I have put my entire reputation on it. We are not perfect, not even close but we are working our tails off to get better.

I have followed up on the Redding store and I will guarantee that it will get better. Its a new store and we have a great deal of work to do to get better. I am very happy with the team we assembled there but its ultimately our responsibility to train them and give them the tools to succeed.
And yes, I still read these every night before going to bed.

It is important to remember that the discount is everyday, all the time. We think its important to offer significant value to the member which is why we merged the clubs, added fuel discounts and lowered the price. The campground operators have to be able to honor discount and make a living. We need everyone to feel good about this. Without our campground owners where would we park?

The current logo has been updated. The circle logo has too much equity in it. The current character version is new and updated. We developed this last year. As for park signage, it should be updated.

I am not really sure what is being attempted to accomplish here. This is an open unregulated forum. People have plenty good to say but often people use this as a way to reach me or us. The apologies come because to often people are not willing to accept responsibility. That is not how our team will operate. If we screw up we own it. If we do a good job, well thats the way its supposed to go. No credit needed. People pay for a service it should be right. The only credit we should get is for doing what we promise. People give credit by staying with us and renewing, they punish us by leaving. Its that simple.

I think I have had enough of the bashing on this topic. Look its simple. If we make a mistake we will own it but if there is a mechanism to contact me and you dont use it, the system wont work. I REQUIRE my team to monitor these posts but they do not have my permission to respond unless they are able to resolve it. I know some of you have been critical regarding why I need to be involved and its simple. My involvement is to accomplish one thing, get the problem fixed, learn from it, train on it and hope it does not repeat.
