Re-wiring a HWH 110 Series Leveling Sys.. Advise HELP ??

Ok, Last year I posted that I had a Front Driver Tire Blowout on our way to Talladega... and when the tire blew the tread ripped all the wires off the leveling system..there are four connectors with their own wires.. 3 were not damaged just knocked out of their sockets.. easy fix.. BUT one connector was stripped of all the wires.. after looking I found four of the wires that comes up from the rear that controls the four jacks.. but for the life of me I can not find the first 4 wires must have ripped them off and are gone.. I just thought I would have found where they were ripped from ???
Waiting to hear from HWH on a wiring diagram...
Has ANYONE had this happen to them ???
I will be protecting the new wires with some kinda shield...

Flat Spotting NEW Front Tires.. Question...

Ok I was allowing my Parents use my RV and was driving it to the state park when this MORON on the Interstate came to a STOP in a construction zone to let a car onto the flow of traffic without regard for the rather LARGE RV behind her (that would be me).. I hit the brakes and locked up the front brakes.. rather take out two orange barrels than ram the back of this SWEET LITTLE LADY doing 60mph.. After I re-composed myself and cleaned my drawers... I pulled back on the road but now my right front tire has a rather large flat spot.. the rest of the way to the park was whomp whomp whomp ..LOL..
Now my question is can I swap it with one of the inner duals without messing up the ride or safety or damaging the outer tire ...

RE: Cheapest place to find liquid rubber for rubber roof

Here is my idea...
I have had 3 campers in my life all three I have pulled the roof off and replaced all the decking and put NEW EPDM rubber material.. I bought all my material from this vendor on ebay and has worked out great.. the peace of mind was worth the labor... Pulled and scraped the old putty and removed the A/C put down new glue and reinstalled all new caps and A/C gaskets... I bought a 11' X 26" EPDM sheet for $88 with shipping...
With a little sweat labor you could save a TON of money...
hope this helps ...

RE: Replacing Nasty Carpet part II

Yes the outer part is covered with a under coating, but the ice cooler that was in the step drained and leaked onto the junk wood and both the wood and metal just fell apart.. I understand my RV is 20 yrs old.. and it did pretty good for 20yrs.. now to fix it to last another 20+ yrs..
Thanks for all your advice.. Will post pics while doing repairs...

Satellite TV Question.. In-Motion king Dome

I have a Std DTV box and use a dish on a tripod and set it when I camp.. However my wife would just LOVE me and going on the road if she could watch tv while going down the Hwy.. So I was told I would need a IN-MOTION DISH.. I.E. King Dome...
So If I order one of these I just mount it on the roof hook it up to the DTV box and it should work while parked and while going down the road.. or is there an extra equipment I will need to setup and find the correct satellite .. I'm sure the ole heads are laughing at me but I could use your advise...

RE: Seat belts while sleeping

The Net thing would work.. and could use the Velcro webbing to attach it and still be able to remove it too..

RE: Seat belts while sleeping

As I am a Paramedic and we transport pt's on our stretcher as we are rolling above the speed limit at times.. we use what we call spyder straps which are webbing/Velcro straps.. I have made my own and use them for strapping down items while driving down the road..
I took webbing straps and attached Velcro to the ends and they work well and can be moved and used anywhere..
Maybe you could use this as seatbelt/sleeping belts while traveling..
Plus it could be a DIY project..

Replacing NASTY carpet with ....

I have been told by DW to replace the carpet with either Wood Laminate Flooring or Vinyl Tiles... I will leave the carpet that in the driver & pass area.. but I want to pull up all other carpet..
I figure I will see if there is any damage under to subflooring is so would place new plywood flooring down to give a nice flat surface to put wood(pergo) or Tile..
ANY ADVISE FROM THE PRO'S would be helpful.. Since we only use this RV 3-4 times an year I figure 181sq at .79 = $143 for new flooring is not bad.. and would greatly improve the overall look and easy to clean and would stand up to the Great Dane test .. LOL

RE: Homemade Generator

Great Ideas for when the ZOMBIE's come or the EMP hit us .. LOL
(I hope never)
But for real.. I could get something like this just to charge my batteries while running the 120v inverter and also powering the TV's and fans.. could extend the boon docking and less need to run the LOUD genny.. so all you "Big Bang Theory" engineers ... "MAKE IT SO"..
