RE: Does SILVER LEAF VMSpc have a USB cable now?

Where did you find the 2.5 version? Their website still shows 2.4.

RE: HDMI from PC won't work with my LCD

Could it be based on the timing of your screen saver? Try turning it off by right clicking on the desktop, selecting Properties, screen saver tab, and select None from the dropdown.

RE: Sureflow Extreme 5.7gpm

It requires a 15A latching relay to operate correctly. Anything less and you are seeing the results.
Not necessarily. I had the company replace my brand new installed 5.7 when it failed on return from FL last year. Latching relay and everything else had been installed correctly.

RE: quick overnighter near I-65 upper Tn or lower Ky.

We've stayed at Fox Inn Campground north of Knoxville a couple of times for an overnight. I believe it is about exit 112 or 116.

RE: no signal after replacing tv

A co worker thought that it might be moisture in the coax itself. That is why I am also looking for a way to replace the cable.

RE: no signal after replacing tv

I thought about replacing the coax but don't know how to remove the headliner to access the cable run.
I think 1995brave might be on to it. I've run coax directly from the antenna to the tv input and the problem still exists.
I will try the balun suggestion. I have a couple stashed away from some old tvs.
I would love to put in a amplified Sensar antenna but do not see how to run the 12v amp power.

There is no amplifier in the Sensar antenna model I have.

RE: no signal after replacing tv

Wires do not indicate a short when testing with a Fluke digital ohmmeter.
Did a rescan of TV channels when just the center coax conductor connected. Shows most if not all channels in our area. Say channel 9.1 comes in great when the inner conductor is only connection, when outer conductor/shield is connected (by screwing the connector on to the TV), the signal is lost.
Tested TV in stick home on coax and it works perfectly.

no signal after replacing tv

I recently replace my old tv with a LCD flat panel. I have a wingard sensar antenna. I don't seem to get any signal when the antenna coax is connected completely.
If I just connect the center wire, I get a signal. As soon as I connect the outer shield, the signal is lost.
Anyone have any ideas what is causing this?

RE: Cincy to DC

I've done that route many times in my car. Not in my class A. My main concern would be getting through Parkersburg, Wv. Some tight corners there.
in the RV, I've gone 71-70-79-68 with a stay at the washington/pittsburgh sw KOA.

RE: how to replace antena wire?

Actually, I'm starting to get stumped on this one. Today, I grabbed a length of Rg6 and ran it directly from the Winguard antenna connector to my coax multi switch. The tv signal did not improve. I know the tv is good because I took it into my house and the analog and digital channels were just fine.
I even checked the rear tv and its channels were static filled. I'm almost thinking it is the antenna itself. I will be testing the antenna next weekend.
I do have a wire snake so thanks for reminding me of that option. I'm just concerned there might be some coax staples holding the wire.

how to replace antena wire?

Looks like I'm need to replace the coax that goes from the A/V area up to the roof mounted Winguard TV antenna. I have a '03 Fleetwood Expedition and was wondering how to remove the headboard in the front of the coach to access the area where the wire is strung. Has anyone done this?

RE: 2008 CRV as Toad!

How long are you towing it before driving it again? I go on business trips where my car is parked for one or two weeks. It always starts. I don't see why a toad wouldn't.

AE Systems Awning hardware needed

The spring latch at the top of my awning that holds the extendable support from the coach to the roller has broken. It seems that it is three pieces that fit together, two pieces and the spring. It looks like all I need is the spring as it has 'sprung' somewhere in the grass.
Anyone know where I could find some new hardware?
Thanks,
Sandy
