I'm thinking about some kind of material as well. I always wonder about the moisture that is trapped on the tires with the vinyl covers.
RE: Heat strips
The heat strip in my a.c. will roast you out of the camper. At 38 degrees, outside temp, with the bunks open, I have to set it barely on the red. How big is your camper? Although I think you stated 57-65 in 10 minutes. That isn't terrible.
RE: Jack HDTV Antenna - Any Good?
I don't know much about digital or analog signals. Or any other technical stuff you all are talking about. I live in a valley. Not close to any tv stations. I had Winegard with the Wingman attachment. I could not get any channels. I had the Jack antenna installed. The one that mounts on the camper. Now I get a few channels. With that wimpy winegard crank up I was afraid it would get damaged every time the wind blew. I don't have to crank it up anymore. And no more mess on the roof from the antenna lying on it. I love my new Jack antenna.

My sister is a tenter. She likes the electric site to runs fans...She would prefer to be in a less busy loop. However, at our local state park, only one loop has electric.
