So many ways thru Ct but looking for most direct route in 40' plus toad. oing to Cape Cod in a week.
Looking at I-84 to CC. Any thoughts?

Cape Cod COE bidding process
Trying to set up the required 'cage' number with the Federal Gov. They called and questioned our 'mailing address', which is our mailing service since we are full timers.
Anyone have any advice or guidance.

Thank you all. DH back got better and followed all suggestions. After taking out the new filters, we got water again. So it was wrong filters!

NO water after working on system..
DH flushed out hot water tank for the 1st time, then changed filters, replaced ano-rod on a Monaco Dynasty. We have changed filters many times without problem.
No we have no water. Pump comes on, then shuts off then, on etc all for a few seconds.
When hooked to a hose, we are getting a weak flow, but none on the pump.
Took it to a small local guy, but he admitted he does not work on this size, and could not find anything obvious.
Any help appreciated.

Replacing slide awning in Naples Fl
The awning has torn away from its support. Looks like 1 thread said its almost same $ to just have installed rather than doing yourself. Anyone in Naples who might have any info is helpful.

Heading east thru La, and recall this being a really bad road, construction -wise from a few yrs ago.
Anyone know if it has improved in last few yrs? Any alt route?

Saw some cottages ON the beach for sale and curious . They are a land lease tho, and considered 'personal property', not real estate... Anyway looking for more info before chatting with realtor.

Follow up,... You mentioned the Nat,l Seashore, and I enjoyed 2 exceptional Ranger meet-ups about the beaches, moving of lighthouses, history etc! Highly recommend them.!!
1 was that Marconi getting the 1st transcontinental wireless signal from cape Cod, how it figured into the Titanic, and a murder in England that is still discussed today! I had never heard all of this until the Ranger emphatically recommended the book, 'Thunderstruck'.
RV is so much fun !

Haven't been there in a few yrs but I graduated from Duxbury H.S in '74.

Mesa verde was wonderful! Good Rangers and tours, well worth the trip.
We did go to Canyon De Chelley @2 hrs away, and would not recommend it. Tours have to bewith an Indian guide -$ 100+.
Lots of poverty there too.

If we are early, do we get to pick a spot? Someone with advice on better places than others in the dry field? I know it depends on winds, but any other considerations/advice?

Where to fill up before Ballloon Fiesta
We will be there 2 days early. Any suggestions for dump-fill before going into fiesta? Also any better routes coming from Az border on I-40.

Any settings for shots at sunrise? I have been fooling with sunset lighting , but with dark sky, flame, lighted balloon all going on, seems difficult to set for Ina quick moment?!
I am planning on being on the field for lift of a few days.

I am NOT an accountant, but,,,, if you are going to be claiming up to the $500,000 tax deduction when you sell property.....you BETTER know what the IRS sees as your 'digs'... Don't know if they will call it a domicile or what, but beware!!
I have knowledge of someone who had checking account in 1 state, Driv Lic in another, and voted in another, with property in another, and they got audited and NOT allowed the tax free $$$$....
It's was in a trade magazine I get as a case study.
Seek pro advice.
