He is def getting a dehumidifier. He went to lowes after I showed him this lol. I told him he would be ok since it only happened once but he said it happened a couple of time in the heat as well. Guess he just needs to open windows or run his dehumidifier all the time. Tks for the info guys.

Nice unit. Looks like a nice neighborhood as well. I wonder how long it takes before you start getting hate mail from the HOA lol. Unless you are on a county road in that case you will get the hate looks from your neighbors and those are the ones you are friends with. The ones you don't know try to change the hoa laws to get you to move your trailer. I only keep mine in front of my house two days before and two days after give or take a day and deal with this all the time. Dam simpleton non-campers

If you are in manassas va you have Reines right on 66 they should be able to help. I work at leos vacation center in odenton md. we are currently camping in luray va. we pass right by manassas. I would encourage you to stay at bull run state park your first trip out. The Benifit to this is you will be close to home in case you forgot something (which you always will when starting) plus the water park there is DA BOMB!!!!!!
Since you are close, let me know and maybe I'll see you camping out and about. Welcome and enjoy the lifestyle change.

Condensation building up in unit walls?
Has anyone ever heard of this? My neighbor camped this weekend in va and it snowed. His trailer doesn't have an artic package and he said it stayed around 72 inside his trailer. Do the artic package TT's do that? Can I tell him what to do to keep it from happening? Is it from leaks and will it cause mold?

My wife and I have schedule our first trip for the weekend of the 23rd. She had the bright idea if inviting kids and now we have five total. Anyone else going so I can si by the fire with others who feel my pain but can't yell and scream about it lol

Have not had this issue knock on trailer wood. I was the one with the tires and axle issue.
My mirror on the bathroom did jump off the wall on a trip. I guess I hit a bump to hard or something. Still covered under cruiser even though my warranty is up. Hmmmm

Shadow cruiser 280qbs is 5500lbs and 29 feet long. The new 314qbs has two slides and is 6700lbs. You can't beat out door kitchens on both units.

Yes I did get my unit back. I'm getting ready for work but I will post pics this evening. The dealership did everything. It all fell under warentee and you can clearly see the axles I have now are twice as thick and round. I also now have Carlisle tires all the way around. Are you still fighting with your issue?

Went to duncans family campground in lothian Md. Not very impressed at all. Thirty seven years in the business and u would think you would have things right by now. I can't blame the campground, it's only as strong as it's staff and that is only as strong as it's boss. So I would say, the boss lacks skills and is letting this place slowly turn to shat. Don't believe me, read the reviews on their webpage. BUT, you learn to take the bad with the good, it makes the good oh so much nicer.
