WIFI on the Rand 7720 and the new Magellan GPS

Is the wifi feature on a GPS helpful and/or worth the extra cost. Trying to do homework before a purchase. Thanks

GPS Systems

Can anyone give some insight on GPS systems. I am looking to buy but reviews on the Magellan and Rand McNally are all over the place in terms of reliability. I do know I want the 7 inch screen and I like the idea of the RV specific models where you can program the data of your rig. I also prefer the lifetime map and traffic updates (provided thats not just hype from the manufacturers) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Tire Dents???

The dents are not on the sidewall. They are on the treaded part of the tire along the outer edge. There are two dents. Is this still indulation? Thanks

Tire Dents???

I have a DP with 22.5" rims and Michelan tires. I noticed that on the front passenger tire there appears to be a couple of what look like "dents" on the outside edge of the treaded portion of the tire. There are two. They look like a sort of a shallow flat spot like I ran over a softball (this is best way I can describe it). The pressure is good. Not losing any air and I can't really tell any differance in the ride quality of the rig. Should I be concerned? The tires are in their 6th year, no cracks. Rig is stored inside. I am due to change them out next Spring. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

An entire bank of coach interior lights will not come on

I have a 2000 Tiffin Zephyr DP. The front bank of interior lights will not come on. They include the two front ceiling lights, the light above the sink, the two ceiling lights in the kitchen area and the exterior porch light and illuminated handle by the door. I assume these lights are all part of the same circut. The lights in the rest of the coach to include the slide out work normally. There are no breakers tripped. The fuses seem to be good. Tiffin service said it is probably a circut rely that did not reset, but I cannot find any circut relys. What am I missing? Please help. Thank you, Phil
