I saw one of the 1st shuttle launches back in the early 80's. And You're right Larry about just watching. To this day it is something I will never forget. What I remember that impressed me the most was the ocean waves after the sonic boom. Very interesting how much a launch effects our atmosphere.

Thanks Dan for the reminder. It's going to be almost 70 here so I think putting the lites up is on my to do list (Fred's list that is) :B
I'm thinking this past week or so has been our Indian Summer. Maybe we should of extended our camping season till Nov. I sure would like to go.
Thanks to my sweetie for helping me clean house & getting the outside Christmas lights up. He didn't even complain about not getting to watch the Buckeyes til 2nd quarter.

Bluemax, if I had a $1 for everytime I said "I wish we were camping this week-end.".............I'd have enough money for next camping season. To think what kind of weather we camped in at Evergreen for it to turn around & do this in November. Go figure.
Randy & Shareen, MB is looking promising. I just hope it warm like this past week-end. Then I'll say it was worht it. :C

Feeling much better today-just in time to enjoy a week-end for once. Hoping it doesn't rain. I've been wanting to go for a falll walk for about a month now.
Got one present purchased.
I had a slight amout of ice on the truck this morning. I'm so not ready for winter.

Well, I'm home. Got thru my 1st day back to work. It was touch & go there for an hour or so. Still feeling very tired.

Hey Sheren. I think I may have Fred talked into MBTP for a week at Christmas time. He has 4 days off that he has to use & can't carry over. His only stipulations are show me the money and it can't be cold. We'll see. Something to look forward to.

Hi Bonnie. We are doing much, much better. Fred went back to work today. I've bee fever free since Weds morning. Slept 12 hours last nite peacefully. Still have the cough but Dr put me on antibiotics.
I'm suppose to pay close attention to it for the next 2 weeks. He said that if I would get any kind of fever that I need to call him asap. I guess it's the 2ndary infections that's cuzing all the health problems.
So I think I'll take you advice and not work too hard. I want to be well so I can go see my Mom, Dad & brother at Thanksgiving.

I'm finally without a fever this morning. However, that has happened twice this week. I guess it can come & go towards the end. The good news is my stomach was growling at me this morning.

Bonnie,that picture speaks a 1,000 words. I still have a fever but I'm feeling better slowly.
Sadly though, I'm afraid your BFF is next. He's in bed with chills.
Ironicly, I go to to Dr's today and Fred gets a script. It's called TamiFlu. Dr said if you take it within 2 days of the onset. Suppose to make the flu easier. If there is such a thing.

I've had a temp since Saturday. Peaked at 102 with IBprofen on Sunday afternoon. Home from school today & probally will be home tomorrow. Fever broke this morning but I've still got a temp of 99 without meds.
Will there be tequila to go with that salsa?
Robin, I think what you need is a trip to a warm, dry climate to get better, don't you?
Paul and I will be there, maybe Rebecca too.
My bags arer packed & I'm waiting in the driveway for you to pick me up. :b
