Date of TT Tires

I thought you check when tires were made by D O T . The tires on my 2012 TT are D O T 8383 . Kind of hard to be 83 week and maybe 2003 ?
I checked and rechecked the D O T 8383 What am I doing wrong?

RE: Miles per day

I still tow 12 to 13 hours a day as I like to get where I am going as soon as I can. Yeah, I know, I should break it up into two days but that's just the way I roll. The DW and I married over 55 years so she is used to it

RE: RV Storage in Arizona

I have TTs, 5th ws, Park Models, Houses in Yuma that set in the sun year around in Yuma. Very few problems with them falling apart due to the sun in 13 years. I also have renters leaving there RVs year around on my lots. Seems to me if there is a big problem that the renters would find somewhere else to park there RVs

RE: leveling and slide out

My manual says the same. Level first, then run the slides out. Run the slides in before retracting the jacks.

RE: T.T. tounge jack

Elect jack was the best thing that I ever bought. That is one of the first items
that I buy when I buy a TT. Would not be without one and the bigger the better.
I cannot see cranking the handle when you can push a button

No way a EU2000 will run a 15000 A/C and would have a hard time running a 13500

RE: removal of radio

On my last two trailers the radios have a flat plastic covers (vertically) on each side. Pop the covers off and remove 4 screws. Pulls right out. I have also seen where the plastic outer frame pops off and screws are under there.
That's the way mine is also

RE: Surge Guard Question

Thanks everyone !! I have been reading and rereading all the above. Still don't understand how the problem corrected itself overnight. Called Surge Guard
Office and the Tech said "just one of those little quirks" said as long as the Parks elect pedestal is wired right and my power to my TT is still on don't worry about it " Still does not seem right to just ignore it but the reverse polarity light is out now but I did not find the problem if there was one.

RE: Surge Guard Question

It is indicating that the hot and neutral wires are reversed.
Why would it show everything is ok the next day?

Surge Guard Question

Several days ago I plugged in my new Surge Guard 30 Amp for the first time and several min later the light kept flashing red with the read out flashing "reverse polarity" then the yellow light came on and the red light kept flashing. This was after plugging in my elect cord from the TT.Unplug my TT and the light flashing reverse polarity goes off. I called the gate to ask for someone to check out the Elect Pedestal. Someone came and checked and said it was wired properly. Said the problem was in my new to me TT , 2012
Gulf Stream. I plugged back in to my TT and ever thing worked. The flashing light stating "reverse polarity" stayed on. The next morning it was off. So what do you think caused this?

RE: My wife can't decide, Please Help

Had both for many years. Had the booth type for the first 34 years then the table and 4 chairs for 14 years and now back to the booth for the last 4 years. They both have there good and bad points. If playing cards at the booth and drinking beer the person on the outside has to get up each time the person on the inside has to go pee and and with a table and chairs you would not. With a table and chairs I had to secure the chairs each time before traveling plus find a place for the two extra chairs when we were by ourselves. It is a tossup for the DW and I. The GKs like to tip the chairs back on two legs while playings
cards etc and GM let them get away with it. I put a stop to that by making them play outside at the picnic table. Don't have that problem with a booth
