I have used Etrailer many times and always had very prompt service and delivery. Wonder what's up? X2

RE: Best Deals

Etrailer.com and Tweedys RV are also sites to check out . They sometime have the "hard to find" items. Of course, Campingworld.com for the basics. I like Amazon as well. They just make it so easy to do business with.

RE: plastic leveling blocks - What Do You Think?

If you feel or see that they are slipping on concrete, then your wheels are not chocked or secrurend properly. The first step in setup is to chock and secure the wheels before lowering the stabs. I think the OP was referring to slippage on concrete when pulling the TT onto plastic leveling blocks. My bad. That is a different senecio. I usually use wood planks for this .

RE: Recommended Vornado model for 24ft travel trailer

Electric heaters are basically all the same.. I don't think the Vornado's are anything special. You have a small area to heat. I'd go over to Walmart and pick up and inexpensive one. Just make sure it has all the safety features...especially automatic shut off if it is knocked over. Keep in mind that they draw a lot of amps so you may have to rotate what you have running in your 30a rig. Something like....THIS Yea, buy this one. I work for Honeywell.

RE: Traveling with your Fridge On

I always had mine on while traveling. My camper burnt to the ground Easter Sunday while pulling it to myrtle beach. I will never run it again. Just curious, what caused the fire?

RE: Lessons we've learned over the years

Before pulling away, make sure your rear stabs are up. Did this on my PUP about 6 years ago. No damage other than my pride.
