RE: Dutch Oven Size

Let's see, 2 12", 1 14", plus 2 12" skillets with lids, and a deep chicken frier with lid, and oh yes an 8qt flat bottom dutch oven. 2 Explorer propane stoves, griddle, ect yup that about makes up my outdoor kitchen for camping. I love good food, and I love to cook good food for others. I started with a 12" DO, and it just grew as we went along. CAST IRON cooking can be addictive!!!!!

RE: Alaska-Cruise vs Driving

Would someone tell me what motorhome rental company is renting units for $100.00 a day. 2013 prices are from about $225.00 to #300.00 a day depending on the size of the unit, during the peak season. I rented a 30ft unit in 2010 for $100.00 day in the off season, and prepaid in full by Oct, 2009. We went the last 2 weeks of August, and it was great!!!!!

RE: CONEY SAUCE

Hey y'all, thanks for the replies. Big Red, your recipe sounds alot like the real thing. To those of you that have never had a true (coney dog) here's how there made. Start with a steamed bun, place a natural casing hot dog (Kogels) is what most places in Michigan use in bun, then add coney sauce, chopped onion, and a line of yellow mustard on the dog, in any order you like. Some add cheese, but a true CONEY has just sauce, onion, and mustard on it.
