Wow small world!!
Channel 5/8/13 just left the campground.
I also had a lake front site. I looked out my window a couple times during the night checking my awning that I didnt put away like I should have. The last time was a little after 5AM.
This is what I found when I got up at 6:30

I got very lucky with water only about half way up the frame.
I moved fast and pulled out in time before the water went any higher.

I used the carry out last week and was very happy. Set up was a breeze. Why did I wait so long?
By the way I think I should get a comission because I'm pretty sure I helped sell three Carry outs to other campers!!

Thanks for all the replies,just got back from Council Bluffs (Camping World) about a 6 hour round trip.
I plan to camp this week starting Wednesday or Thursday and didnt want to wait on the mail. :)
I will let everyone know how it goes.

Carry out GM 1518
I have Direct tv. My reciever is model H25 made 7/4/12.
I understand I will not get HD channels with the Carryout GM-1518 but will I pick up standard channels with this combo or would I have to get a non HD reciever?
If this combo works what if any settings would I need to change?

I rarely camp anywhere that has cable, thats the reason I want Direct hooked up.
I think I only have one splitter in the camper and I can access it.
So Im hoping I can just swap the splitter to the diplexer to use the carry out.
I just want a easy way to bring the direct into my camper.

Winegard carryout
I plan to add the option for sattelite TV this year.
I have direct TV at home.
I have a splitter on the line that comes into the trailer currently.
If I replace that with a diplexer does it function the same as a splitter?
If I dont bring the sattelite into the camper that way how to run the cable it the camper? Open window? flat cable? Install another cable connector to the outside of the camper?

champion generator surge
My generator would not start so a repair guy cleaned the carb. He said the governor was set to high and adjusted it down a little.i don't think it was needed cause now its kinda surging. Is the adjustment screw the one in the open on top of the fuel bowl? Should i turn it a little to see if it smooths out? Champion 4000w
