RE: cable TV

I was 99% sure that the amplifier was not used for the cable but figured if press the button anyway. It is marked cable. When using the antenna the signal is clear. I guess I will try to open the connector up outside tomorrow and check tightness of connectors. Thanks

cable TV

So here is my dumb question of the day. 2003 Jayco kiwi 17A we bought this spring. When I hook up to cable from the pole to the camper through the wall out side, then from the jack inside to the TV the reception is horrible. So to test the cable connection I hooked the TV up to cable from the pole direct its perfect reception.it gets worse when I use the antenna booster. What am I doing wrong? Our is there Assn issue behind the wall? Its the same at every site we go to.

RE: Tacky lights/party lights

our set up is very respectful to our neighbors, my little guy sleeps til 9 in the camper but up by 8 at home, he generally goes to sleep by 930 and our outside entertainment is shut down before that. never on before 11.
One of the first purchases we made, even before delivery of the camper was awning lights. 3 strands, 1 flamingo, 1 tiki and 1 red white blue stars.
one of my first and proudest mods was running speaker wire out through the porch light to portable outside speakers. The wire is wrapped back up and stored in the porch light cover during transit and storage.
A walk around is made each trip to make sure that the music is not traveling into other sites and that is the highest volume that we get to thru our stay,
Never had a complaint about noise or light and will be sure to keep it that way.
I prefer to see other well decorated sites, tacky or not.

yogi bear sturbridge

hello all,
I have been searching for reviews on this site for the yogi bear in sturbridge mass and cant seem to find anything. Woodalls gave 5ws for rec and 3 for facilities.
The activities seem well orientated for my family, 3 boys 2-9-14, and if there entertained, were happy.
My issue is the RVparkreview site, people gave some pretty bad reviews. seasonals covered in mold, roads horrible, not well kept.
Has anyone stayed here that can either advise to stay here or elsewhere in the area that it family friendly? we prefer private over state due to planned activities.
Thanks for your help.

RE: Wanting to burn my tents

My family of 5 is doing very well in our 17c Jayco. The older boys have there own beds and the little man usually ends up in our bed by morning. Enough room to get out if the elements and plenty of sleeping capacity for us. its our first htt, just graduated from tent camping and they all love it.

RE: Awning

Find the nut and use needle nose pliers. Mine had pain old steel nuts on it and it was a real pain so I bought the normal plastic knobs and what fun it was to find the nut and get the knob started.good luck
