RE: Diesel fueling Etiquette

On my 2011 3500 I still have 10 gals. left at 1/4 tank. I figure I'm getting around 10 mpg so I still have a around 100 mls. to look for a fuel stop. I stop anywhere my rig will fit for fuel. Sometimes my smokin' copilot has to guide me in, but no problems..

RE: I90 to Kalispell

Did that route a couple week ago. Nice ride with no trouble with my rig. There was one little town we passed through that had radar so watch your speed. Take your time and enjoy the ride.

RE: Our Bucket Light

I thought the concept of camping was to get back to nature. To hear all the sounds of nature and see the stars and light bugs.

RE: Thanks Corwin Dodge Springfield MO

Had the recall done by local dealer. Guess the job wasn't done right because they had to change it again.

Thanks Corwin Dodge Springfield MO

Driving through Springfield MO. last week, while pulling my 5er, my front end felt funny like it was sliding the front wheels in the rain. Pulled of the interstate and drove to Corwin Dodge. Asked the service tech if he could look at my truck. Making a long story short, after new frontend parts and two new front tires we were back on the road. All done under warranty. Thanks to the service techs who went out of their way to call Dodge and get the repairs done under warranty. Great bunch of guys there.

Went through there last month on my way to Amarillo with my rig with no problems.

RE: Best Big Rig Campground near Glacier National Park?

X2 on Mountain Meadow, was there a couple days ago. Would give it a 10 but no cable hookup, satellite worked good in spot 15. Good wifi and laundry. Nice gift shop. Wooded enough to see wildlife (deer).

RE: Going from West Yellowstone to St. Mary's/Glacier NP

Don't know about the rest of the route but took hyway 89 from 49 today and 89 to St Mary is one curvy road. Gonna have to take your time.

RE: Moonshine Creek Campground, Balsam, NC

Nice place, roads a little tight getting there but can be done. Along a creek so stays a little damp.

RE: Houston to Yellowstone

We take 287 out of Amarillo to 470 around Denver, overnight in Fort Collins. On to 287 to Laramie, 80 to Rawlins back on 287 to Moran then 89 to Yellowstone. Real nice ride.

RE: 2008 Dodge Ram Wanders

I went from an 06 Ford to a 07 Ram and found when trailering the Ram wondered a lot. Brought it to one dealer and they replaced the tire rods under what they called an upgrade and not a recall. Now with heavy duty looking tire rods it drove a little better but still wondered. Went to another dealer, they said steering box. Make a long story short, changed box and truck drove great.

RE: Slider for 5th wheel hitch, who uses them?

I have the Pullrite Superglide on my rig. Expensive but never worry about hitting my cab, don't even think about it when backing. Guess you can say price of peace of mind.

RE: domentic side by side error code

Try cutting all power to reset. Cut shore power and disconnect batteries and let sit for a few and connect power. Might work.

Thanks Camping World Hammond LA.

Had the bearing/brake special done on my trailer. They found a bad bearing on one of my wheels. To make a long story short. They made a "Boo Boo" on my behalf and it didn't cost me. I only paid for the special. Thanks Camping World Hammond.

Craig CO. to I-80 on HWY 13/789

Does anyone know if this route is good for pulling a 37' fifth wheel?

RE: Wal-mart in birmingham, Alabama

When we go to Gatlinburg we usually make a stop over in Fort Payne. Desoto State Park is one of the best state parks in Alabama. Full hookups include W/E/S and cable. Don't know about the Walmart, they usually don't have a good view and no hookups.
