Got home about 1:45, unpacked, had Mother's Day luncheon with DD & SIL, mowed, laundry in the works and for some reason I'm tired. :B

We're planning on arriving either Wed. evening or Thursday morning,depending on our sons schedule, and was thinking about a trip to the Auburn/Cord Museum in Auburn, In. It's about an hours drive.
It'll be good to see you guys again.

I am VERY sorry to say that Dick Otto passed away last night. There will be no funeral or calling hours. Our prayers and love go out to Phyllis and the family.

kind of like the price of gas - at the 2 stations closest to our house, this am one was $3.4199 and $3.3999 this evening and the other station was $3.4599 this am and now is $3.8599

Hi Linda! Been watching the thread and noticed that everyone has been really quiet. They all must have moved over to FaceBook. I have all my reservations for the rallies booked, and have made an additional one for Findley State Park for July 4th weekend. Was thinking about going out to Forest City, Iowa for the Winnebago GNR, but someone (who shall remain nameless) does not want to go. :(
Gee, I wonder who that would be?:B:B:B Steve,is RF or CC in your plans for this year? :) Youroo!!
I'm sure we'll find our way there at some point. Would love to get together sometime.

Welcome oldrailroader... If memory serves me correctly this group started in 2005 with a Spring rally that was supposed to be the only one that year. Ended up having about 4 or 5 more. Since then it has matured into a group that I now regard as some of my best friends. Hope to get to meet you some where along the line.
There is a main yearly thread, in this case Ohio Rally 2013, that Dan keeps a link to the individual activities listed on page one. If you wish to keep up to date on one of the activities just subscribe to that thread. All the info for any of our outings is always kept up to date on page one of that thread.
Once again, welcome.

Home safe and sound. Stopped and chatted with D-Wayne & Annetta for a while. Good to see some of or friends again. I think Phil's getting closer to pulling the trigger.:B I think he and Cathy need to take a trip to Red Bay, Alabama. Sure didn't find any deals on base plates, or anything for that matter.
Dan, all I said was that the high end MH's didn't have all the glitz and mirrors in the ceiling that made them look like one of those houses.

Learned that the end of the water manifold will freeze at 11 degrees. Had water everywhere except toilet which was end line. 2 hrs with electric heater in utility area thawed it out and back to normal. Thinking a spring project might be to insulate better and reroute one of the basement heat ducts to prevent in the future. I also might have had too much electric heat inside which delayed furnace cycle too much. This is the most days of cold in a row with this trailer wet so I think I found the weakest link. Randu
You might try some heat tape for those rare occasions in the cold. Simple fix and you're still on electric.

But tomorrow I will sleep in and spend the day in my sewing room. :)

Depends on the size of your tree....
And the size of the MH....:B:B I have a matchbox size one you could use. It'd be hard to sleep in though.
