I have the Rayzar on my Class C and have been very happy with it.
Gets a lot of channels. Plenty for me.
Is more simple/ lighter/ easy to install.
Only has one square tubing pole to support it.
Cranks up and down easier.
We have stayed many times here and really like it.

The nicest thing is you can walk to the Ferry and for $5 senior rate go into San Francisco.
Great boat ride and views.
Lots of places/ shopping to walk to from Park. You do not need a Toad.

KDWN 720 am in Las Vegas.
He was very entertaining.
Not too long ago he was on Sirius.
