Coolant leak in take manifold chevy ?

Have a 97 chevy k2500 (454 c in)truck. Get a occasion leak between the intake manifold and head, right in the front. I can see the little amount of seepage ocasionally, seams like if i drive the truck on a very short errand. The truck doesnt even come up to operating temp, then if it sets a while there might be a few drops on the ground. Generally doesn't happen if I get the engine up to operating temp before shutting it off, then everything is okay.
Is there a product other than radiator stop leak, something for "Coolant" seals, the might solve my problem. Anyone might have used ?
any info/thought appreciated.
thanks

RE: 97 K2500 chevy hub caps ??

I was thinking off getting some shinny full wheel type hub caps. I have the ralley wheels as well as the center caps and outer rings. The paint is comming off the steel wheels.
Rather than try and paint the wheel I thought about getting the hub caps as another option.
I really just wanted to know if there were hub caps available to "FIT" the 16 in rims on my truck.

97 K2500 chevy hub caps ??

have a 97 chevy k2500 heavy duty pickup with 8 lug ralley wheel with the center caps and rings Tire size Lt 245 75 16 10 ply. Guess 16 in rims is really all you need to know.
Does anyone know if I could buy any Hub caps for my rims ?
Rims need to be painted thought may get some hubcaps instead.
Any info appreciated. Thanks

RE: F150 payload/camper ????

Just did a little checking found on the web a freedom northstar tc with a dry wt around 1982 lbs. Not sure if there is only one model sounds like it might.be.
Also I read this paticular tc was designed specifically for 1/2 pickups. It is a hard side 8ft 3 in lenght.
Lets see whom else might chime in.

F150 payload/camper ????

Anyone use a newer F150 pickup with a "REGULAR" cab, "LONG" box to haul a "HARD" sided truck camper ?
Thinking about a new truck, possible ECOBOOST, interestested in the payload capacity.
I'm fully aware of the, fact payload has to do with options etc.
Just wondering if anyone can shed any real-life experience.
Any info appreciated.

RE: Aux fan not working 97 chev pickup

rowekmr
The engine "oil" goes into a cooling section if you will in the Radiator.
on my 97, i there is seperate transmission cooler in front of the radiator, which is normal.

RE: Aux fan not working 97 chev pickup

Is the fuse an "inline" fuse or is it in the fuse panel inside the truck ?
