RE: EcoBoost problems on the Horizon...:?

It's early, we will see. My cousin is happy with hers, but her hubby has mentioned strange shifts from the transmission on occasion.
I hope all works out.

RE: Watch the 2 millionth Cummins engine for the Ram being built

Is there a doctor in the house?
Typing more letters than the other guy still does not make inaccurate, or completely false statements into facts.
Some fine folks need to go back and and dig deeper into the financials of their own favorite brand, and the financials of Chrysler in 1998 versus 2008, and educate themselves about what REALLY happened. The sucking sound was coming from Europe, not this side of the pond.
Resorting to personal attacks, is the first sign you've lost the debate.
Marty must be out of town.
Cool video, funny thread.

RE: 2000 Dodge 5.9 Cummins programmer

The thing you need to remember is those chips remove the factory safeguars for the drive line including the trans. The 48RE in your truck is at the upper limits already. By added more power and removing those safeguards you run the risk of taking ohf the trans.
By the looks of the Pontiac in your sig you more then understand this. Treat it right and don't beat your truck and you should OK. Good luck.
Don
The 2000 auto would be the 47RE, even weaker than the 48RE.
I'd have the trans beefed up first if it was me.

A good buddy of mine has a 2012. He loves it. Strong quiet engine with great fuel economy.

In case anyone missed me, I'm still kickin' but life has thrown me a few curveballs.
Congrats ricatic. The GM Duramax should serve you well.
