RE: Cleaning Leather seats - update

Good to know that olive oil worked for you. For stuff like this I use a product called "Goo Gone". Works well. My neighbor has purchased "snake traps" which are larger versions of mouse sized sticky traps. In the instructions, it tells the purchaser to use cooking oil to release the snake from the trap. Cover the snake with oil and the oil dissolves the sticky glue.

RE: Should I do this?

You should not have any issues. Sounds like a good opportunity to help out your helpful neighbor. X2 I would have him ride along to make sure that all is good and that there is no blame game should there be a problem.

RE: Rattlesnakes

It is illegal to kill ANY snake native to the state of Maryland, regardless of whether in the woods or on your property, including poisonous snakes. Wildlife conservation has really come a long ways! Oooops !!! Now you tell me !

RE: Wedding Pictures Stolen Phila/NJ area

I'm tellin' you, it's a small world to start with, and between forums and scial media, it's getting even smaller. They say that on Facebook, you're only five people away from knowing any other person on FaceBook, and I absolutely believe it! X2

RE: What are they hiding?

I chuckled out loud when the OP mentioned "shuffleboard courts" in his post. I see that advertised in so many campgrounds I've stayed in. When I see the court in person the painted pavement is usually faded, cracked, and has weeds growing up through them. Do people really play shuffleboard anyway? What's the appeal? Maybe I haven't reached shuffleboard age yet. In several of the CG's I have stayed, the shuffleboard courts are very popular with kids. I have even dabbled with them myself...and I don't consider myself shuffleboard age either !! :W:W

RE: How long does it take you to LEAVE!?!

The truck and trailer get washed, tires and wheel lugs checked the night before we leave. Clothes and food items get loaded and trailer hooked up within an hour before we leave.

RE: What devices are you using for leveling?

I have stick on level placed on trailer tongue to rough it in and then set final level with nine inch level, placed on the same floor pattern just inside front doorway.

RE: Tire blowouts

Same here...no bang. It felt like the A/C kicked in and I happened to look on the passenger side and saw tire shards flying out the side of the trailer. If it had been in the dark of night, it is hard to tell how far I would have driven. http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j275/stwebber/OC025.jpg height=200 width=400
