I read in today's http://rvdailyreport.com/industry/rv-factory-acquires-augusta-rv/RV Daily Report that Augusta RV has been bought out by the RV Factory, a factory-direct manufacturer of the Weekend Warrior toy hauler and the Avion Class B vans.
I've had a Landmark since 2011 and love it. This has been the best trailer that I've ever owned. The new ones are rated and warranted for full time use. I don't know about Redwood.
Your Carri Lite was a good trailer in its day but its getting on it age.
I've had great luck with my Heartland trailers. Great customer service, a wonderful owners forum with access to many owners manuals and information on the products but best of all is the owners club. Many club rallies all over the country and we have made lifelong friends there.
If you are thinking of full timing in your new trailer, keep in mind that the Grand Design is not warranted for full timing, only extended stay, while the Big Horn is rated and warranted - in writing - for full timing.
