Rare Airstream Westfalia Sprinter Sighting in PA
Returning home from the Hershey Pennsylvania RV show yesterday (Saturday 9/19), spotted a Westy as I was entering the PA turnpike from Rt 72, ~15 miles SE of Hershey. I think this Westy was coming off the PA turnpike. It was my first sighting other than up in the Fingerlakes (Westyfest II) where I spotted 16 of them this year. I couldn't have been in a worse lane (approaching the EZpass scanner) to try to turn around. There's only ~230 of them in the US that's why it's a rare sighting.
My guess from a distance was NJ plates. A male whom I didn't recognize was driving and paying attention to the road, while his female passenger was trying to get him to check me out. I did some headlight flashing. I would love to know who it was!

RE: RV.net 6th Annual Class B Rally.
Hi everyone. It's Margaret, Tim's wife. This is the second year we signed up to come and couldn't because of urgent reasons. Really wish we could be there, especially considering where we are now. As some of you know Tim had neck surgery Thursday and will be in the hospital a couple of days and will be wearing a hard neck brace for 12 weeks with no driving. Tim said I'll be going out to start the van every so often to keep it juiced up. Hope you all have great weather!
