RE: Heading North 5 or 99?

I'd take 101 but I don't want to drive thru the city in the bay area, so I guess it will be the 5. 395 to the 58 to 99 cut over to the 5 just N of Bakersfeild. Being Sun. maybe it will be somewhat light on traffic. Now just waiting for the wife to get up! Thanks to all for your suggestions.

RE: Heading North 5 or 99?

Use to live in Garberville so know the area good.
Due to response I guess it's 5. I know they both suck, I hate the drive. As far as camping that isn't going to happen. I use to drive to Williams, no problem, as I get older I just can't deal with long hours behind the wheel.I'm a early bird, the wife is another story. You know what I'll be doing tomorrow, thanks all.I will eat at the Italian restrauent in Williams, that's a given, so good.

RE: Upgrade screen door latch?

Like the youtube idea with magnets, but I have all aluminium, they don't stick. I noticed on the video there was some kind of tape under the magnets, ???
Watch it again closely. He actually cut away his door frame! I'll break a few more before resorting to that fix.Won't be doing that!

AC intake grill question?

My intake grill on my AC keeps falling off, the pins holding it don't seem to be working. Went to HD and they have nothing like them. There about 1/4" with 2 parts the pin pulls out to remove to acess filter and when you put them back in the part that's stays in the cooler is suppose to expand to hold the grill in place. Does anybody know what there called? Where I can get?

RE: Moab RV dump station?

Just left Moab and was at Horsetheif, might have been your neighbor. In Moab near Mc Donalds is a Feed and RV supply with $5 dump easy in and out, also as mentioned, Dead horse point SP. Used both while there. Also Arch View RV park at 313 & 191.

RE: Front hitch receiver

Carried my Honda Trail many miles up front in 100+ temps with no overheating problems at all.As far as night driving, I don't do much but have, I can see fine,I don't know what others see but I've never got high beamed or run into. The crome rack with high beams does shine a little to much, only problem except as above lots of bugs on 1 side in the spring.
