RE: Help identifying 12v bulb????
I'd like to do LEDs, but the ones off of EBay scare me. At less than two dollars I'm afraid they'll heat up and burn the 5vr up. But the ones off of what I would consider reputable LED sites are around the 10 dollar mark. Does anybody have experience with this bulb from either source??

Thanks for the help. I tried looking for an imprint, but all it's got on it is 12V10W. 8E.
And you're right, I had to use a magnifier to read those. Thanks for the help as usual.

Can anybody tell me what type of bulb this is?

It is a 12v bulb and there are a bunch of them in my XLR. They plug in so that they lay horizontally and have a reflector behind them and frosted glass below them. All of them seem to be burning out at once and I'd like to find an LED replacement.
