RE: Timbrens on 2011 or 2012 Silverado 2500HD
FYI, I installed the Timbrens on my 2012 and it took me about 10 minutes. What an easy task. I put a "sling" over the stock bumpers and just pulled off the factory bumpers. Raise the rear of the truck via the hitch just enough to plate the new Timbrens in the grove of the stock ones, put a small 2x4 under the Timbren, lowered the truck and Whall-a" pushed right in. Really easier than the previous units that required removing a bolt that wasn't located in the handest of places.
RE: Whats important in deciding on a campground?
Does it allow: campfires, generators, pets?
Is it: "safe", close to where I want to go, wifi equiped?
Are there: shaded sites, pull throughs, full hook ups, clean
restrooms,affordable?
Has it been: rated 4 stars or above?

Are the Rand McNally TripMaker RVND 7710 GPS updates for mmaps and campgrounds free and easy to install? Hear too much back lash from the new Magillian RV unit.
New GPS with trailer life ratings
Read in my last RV magazine there's a new 7" GPS that has all the Trailer Life ratings/locations in it. Anyone have any exerience with this new GPS? (I think it was a Magellan)
