RE: "Sirius" radio problem, 2008 Bounder

The model of the radio would be helpful. In some radios of this type the Sirius radio is contained in another box which you purchase separately and attach to the back of the radio.

RE: Safari Trek mini blinds

What year Trek do you have? You should join TrekTracks at http://www.nwtfc.com/forum/
It is all Trek Owners.
If you look on the backside of the top of the blinds you should see two shiny metal tabs. If you slide those tabs towards the window the blinds will pop off.

RE: First outing, new mh, a few issues

Invest in a ScanGauge at an Autozone or Advance Auto Parts. It will allow you to read the codes as well as gain other important informaiton about your engine, etc
LP detectors to wear out. If you remove it from the wall you may see a label on the bottom that shows how old it is. If it was made in 2005 it needs to be replaced.

RE: Electric Golf Trolly

I purchased a Bat Caddy. Great rig and a decent price online. Easily stores in a bay of the trunk of my Jetta. I have played 232 rounds of golf with it in the last 13 months.

RE: wet wheel bearings W22

The cover you are talking about...is this the one that unscrews? That is not where you fill the reservoir. Instead there is a rubber plug in the middle of the reservoir that is removed. The full line is just below the bottom of the plug.

RE: Next problem, step not retracting.....

Before you start replacing parts....
If the step will not retract when you turn on the ignition, I would be willing to bet that the magnet in the door sill is out of alignment.

RE: Motorhoming across Vermont

I live in Burlington. From Hudson I would go up I-87 to the exit for Route 149 and head up 149 to Fort Ann. Then catch Route 4 which will then cross into Vermont. I would stay on Route 4 and follow the signs to Killington Ski area...which is also on Route 4. There are some sizeable hills but most of the hills have a passing lane. Continue on Route 4 until you get to the Woodstock/Quechee Area. There are a lot of neat places to stop along this route.
Once in Quechee, get on I89 South to White River Junction and then take I-91 North towards St. Johnsbury. This will get you in the direction towards Conway.
You will see a lot of Vermont along the way...and the roads will be noticable better than Route 100 which is pothole city and narrow in a lot of places.
