On my Wildcat the bedroom slide would creep out, I found solenoid valve top had worked loose, don't know if that is the proper term, mine was located in the lines from the pump, the top is black plastic and I tighten them, clockwise, by hand. Every once in a while it will creep out again while in storage, I run it in all the way then tighten up the valve. When it first happened I emailed Lippert and this is what the tech told me to do.
I also stayed at Leaf Verde RV Park in Buckeye, nice park for the winter. In talking with some of the folks that were permanent residence year around, they indicated they used 110 volt window air conditioner units, usually up to 3 in a 35ft FTW, because they were more efficient and cheaper to operate than the RV A/C. Talked to one guy who came in from Oregon in a TT and stayed last summer and he said it was BRUTAL, didn't know if his dog was going to survive, but they did.
I have the 2011 313RE and have been happy with it. Had the on demand hot water heater replaced with gas because I never could get it to work satisfactorily. Had to have the two front jacks replaced due to leakage and the bed room slide had a leak that turned out to be a twisted sea, all under warranty. Have taken it from TX to CO, CO to NC, NC to TX and TX back to CO then it sat for almost two years due to illness. Pulled it out of storage last September and cleaned it up then took it to AZ for the winter then back to CO. We are quite happy with ours.
