Here's a 10 minute recipe for microwave Chili:
Around 1 lb. ground Beef
I can (15 oz.) Beans
1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 can diced Tomatoes (10 to 14.5 oz.)
Garlic Powder, Chili powder, Cumin to taste
Recipe is plenty for 2 with some leftover - especially if served over Rice.
In a suitable size microwave dish break up the ground Beef and cook for about 1 1/2 2 minutes. Drain and break up meat some more and cook another 2 minutes or untill all meat is browned. Drain again. Add the remaining ingredients and cook around 3-4 minutes.
About the ingredients: I use Ranch Style Texas beans by Con Agra.Chili Beans are available in both mild and hot. I don't think any "baked beans" would be good in the recipe, but to each their own. Diced Tomatoes are available with peppers, onions or a variety of other ingredients. I don't like it very spicey but I do add a chopped Jalapeno after the first browning (cook a little longer the first time in this case) and skip the second draining(cut down on the Chili Powder). As with most things it's better after sitting overnight in the fridge. Just make sure to cool it off before refrigerating.

an even quicker way is to use a can of MAnwich instead of hte tomato sauce/chunks. Just ad some chili powder and cumin. The other flavorings are already in it. Pretty good.
