A nice thick steak cooked to perfection at the closes Supper Club. This way neither the wife or I have to cook.

My wife slices up potatos, carrots, and onions, puts them in aluminum foil, and bakes them in the oven, while baking, she frys up bacon, and grates jack cheese, when the potatos are done, she opens the foil and adds the bacon and jack cheese, puts them back in the oven until the cheese melts.
Not only does it taste great, but it makes the motorhome smell soooo good!

1. Any beef, chicken, or pork cooked on the open fire;
2. Anything cooked in the dutch oven.
(I'm particularly fond of barbequed pork chops)

i like those pit BBQ's where you dig a pit, get a big fire going in it, till theirs lots of coals, wrap a large cut of meat in marinade with foil, put on the coals, cover with coals and cover the pit a while till done.
Comes out real tender, still moist, done just right.

The season to remember and rejoice. Merry Christmas
