Last Valentine's Day we had such a tremendous success with our first rally that we are going to have another. For the folks that are not really familiar with this area, the Texas Hill Country is some of the most beautiful and historic country in Texas; loaded with scenic sites, places to see and things to do, i.e. Stone Hinge II about 11 miles, Fredericksburg, TX about 22 miles, Kerrville, TX 7 miles, Museum of Western Art, abundant craft and art areas, and lots of fabulous places to eat.
Buckhorn Lake Resort is one of the most modern and beautiful RV parks in the country with large concrete pads, paved roads, free Wi Fi hi speed broadband internet (bring your Wi Fi cards for your computer), catch and release from 3 stocked lakes. It is extra clean and in a picture book setting frequented by deer, turkey and other wildlife.
Attendence was so great last year that we had to limit attendees:
Make your reservations early if you want to be assured of getting in for this rally. Reservations at Buckhorn Resort 800-568-6458

Larry Ulmer has graciously agreed to keep a Website for the Rally. You can check this often for the changes and happenings
Do not have my exact dates nailed down yet but we will be passing thru there about that time. Any chance to drop in if we are close at that time? More than happy to dry camp and visit with some of the people on the net from that part of the country

You can overnight in Comfort. That way you could make it to Kerrville the next day. They have full hookups there. You could fill your fresh water tank and refill that coffee maker!
We have to be in Brownwood on the 16th so I don't know if we can make the rally but I will sure try since we are going to be in that area. We are going to drop my mother in law off in Llano on Fri the 13th, but my wife wants to head on up to Brownwood the next day but maybe I can postpone a day or so.
