Got 2 types which are my favorites. Great for Christmas entertaining:

Mix 4 oz. each of sharp cheddar cheese, blue cheese and softened cream cheese. Mix in a couple tablespoons of minced onion. form into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill for a day or so. Great on the best crackers in the world: Nabisco Sociables.

Mix softened cream cheese (6-8oz) with 4 oz can of crushed pineapple, VERY well drained. Add 1/4 cup or so of finely diced green pepper and mix well. Form into ball and chill. Roll in chopped pecans as well.

Hope you think they are as good as I do. Easy to do.

Brett

Since the divorce, camping will be in either:
A tent from wal-mart.
The back of the 1998 Mercury Villager
The back of my new loves Honda Element
or...
On the ground with a $14.95 tarp from Pepboys over us.

Either way, we love the outdoors.
